How we can help

You can speak with our doctors in the way that best suits you

  • In person
  • On the telephone (to be confirmed)
  • By Video (to be confirmed)
  • In your own home (to be confirmed)

Book your consultation online for the length of time that you need, and by the mode that you need.  We charge you for the length of appointment that you choose, so you get to pick how long you want to discuss the problems that you have.

Consultations in your own home we will have to arranged by contacting our clinical concierges.  The time taken to travel to and from your home will have to be included in the fee we charge for these consultations.

When you arrange your first consultation, we will need to know about why you want to consult with a doctor and about the medical conditions you have had in the past, and the medications that you can and cannot take.

We will make notes of your consultations in our medical records computer system.  These notes will only be available to our doctors and clinical team.  We will share your medical information only when you ask us to.  We will write to your NHS GP if you want us to.
