Benefits of this service

Patients will be able to book same-day GP telephone appointments online, and via calling our office. These appointments are available Monday–Friday, 09:00 –14:00. A GP will contact the patient within 3 hours after the appointment time. The GP will aim to resolve the issue during the telephone consultation, however, where resolution is not possible, appropriate signposting will be provided (private or NHS pathways).

This is not an emergency service. Patients are advised to call 999 or attend A&E for urgent concerns.
